#7411 Le Ketch Sierra Charlie (Canada) Big ups @nathandoesbeer for this banger from QC! Ketch are generating a ton of hype for their haze rn so I was curious to try this milk stout. Coming in at 7%, it rocks coffee from Chapeau Moustache, lactose, cacao and vanilla Bourbon, it pours a deep brown with a tan head and a sweet chocolate nose, the body is creamy and sticky with espresso bitterness and dark fruit vibes, there’s a ton of chocolate here, the vanilla pokes out of the back end a touch, it’s super crushable and well balanced, strong and hella flavourful for a milk stout, wrapping in a dry, coffee chocolate finish. #7411 Rorschach Heresy (Blueberry, Strawberry, Guava, Passionfruit) (Canada) Big ups @idahnjohnson for linking the mandem, still. This is Rorschach’s latest smoothie sour, rocking a unique combo of blueberry, strawberry, guava and passionfruit. It pours like thicc blueberry juice with a big guava nose and a bubbly head, the body is hella thick, the berries kinda blend together behind the guava while the passionfruit delivers a tart kick in the back end, it’s sticky and juicy, with a tangy, fruity finish.
