#7357 Dieu du Ciel Péché Mortel Dulce De Leche (2022) (Canada) Big Beer Wednesday and I’m getting into a bottle from the 2022 Péché pack, this one brewed with dulce de leche made in the kitchen of their St. Jerome brewpub. Coming in at 9.5%, it pours jet black with an espresso head with a sweet, roasty nose, the body is big and creamy with bold, bitter vibes hitting up front, and as that calms the caramel sweetness drives through, I’m getting vanilla, cold brew coffee and dark fruit vibes, it’s complex and dusty, wrapping in a super dry, roasty sweet finish. #7357 Fairweather California King (Canada) I truly love a good WCIPA, so I was amped to get into this gem from the local legends. Coming in at 7.2%, it rocks Simcoe and Amarillo hops, it pours clear with a foamy head and a citrusy nose, the body is crisp and zippy, I’m getting pine and bready vibes, it’s smooth and clean, balanced and insanely crushable, wrapping in a dry, resinous finish.
