#7185 Fairweather Young Money (Canada) “Let’s go, Cash Money, Young Money, motherf*ck the other side…” I picked this up from Fairweather maybe 2.5 years ago, and tonight kinda felt like the right time to bust it out. Coming in at 6%, this is a blend of barrel-aged beers that was refermented with Italian Muscato and pink grapefruit zest, and she’s a beaut. It pours kinda opaque with a bubbly head and a funky, white grape nose, it’s light and zippy, it’s chewy and zesty, the grapefruit is definitely evident, the Muscato white grape shines as well, it’s funky and dry, lemony and citrusy, really smooth, wrapping in a dusty, barnyard finish.
