Feet were kind of everywhere at the start of my snatches, but I had them under control at the end. My pull and extension are feeling great! Thank you high-hang snatch. I felt like I had more gas for both the push press and squats, but I had to clean the weight for the pp, since there was no rack free, then my knee was twingey during squats. I decided to stick to my percentages for both as a result.
