Went to bed 2 am. Woke up at 9 am. 10 hours sleep. Napped from 12 pm to 4 pm, 4 more hours sleep.

2 cups Raisin Bran cereal w/ 1% milk 2.5 cups Multigrain Cheerios w/ 1% milk

1/2 baked salmon filet 2 cups rice cooked in chicken stock 1 cup frozen carrots, pizzas, beans, and fresh zucchini

3 cups banana “ice cream” w/ hot chocolate packets for flavor (Yonanas machine) 3-4 homemade peanut butter cookies

1 gluten free cookie
