人数が30人を超えたあたりでバックオフィスの方を採用したのだけど、バックオフィスは超重要でここに優秀な人を置けるかで組織作りの難易度がかなり変わると思っている。良いバックオフィスはコストセンターではなく事業や組織の推進装置になる。
