‘Me and my music’ - interview to John Bonham
“My son Jason, he plays, you know. [...] He’s got his mother’s looks but in character he’s just like me. He’s always drumming. [...] Before the end of Led Zeppelin I’m going to have him on stage with us at the Albert Hall.”

In this interview his passion for drums and his love for his family is very evident and it made me shed a tear.
I find it crazy that he had calls from Joe Cocker and Chris Farlowe, but ultimately chose to play for Led Zeppelin. He chose passion over safe money and fame (even though he got them as well, but it wasn’t granted that they would have made it big).
This interview was quite a finding, because there isn’t much about him. There aren’t many interviews or videos, so this offered a very plesurable insight to his character that makes me appreciate him even more.

🎉The Troggs - 🎶With a Girl Like You
"With a Girl Like You" was written by the Troggs' lead vocalist Reg Presley whilst he was a bricklayer. He took inspiration from the vocals in "Barbara Ann", which became a hit for the Beach Boys in early 1966. "With a Girl Like You" was recorded at Olympic Studios at the same time as their previous single "Wild Thing". Both songs were recorded in two takes because they only had a short amount of recording time.
