In the US, there's an urban slang, whereby to say that one have gone 5 miles means to have had sex. That's because there is a scientific study on some 20 or so couples and they found that when they have sex, they energy they used was comparable to jogging around 5 miles. But it's really an uncommon slang, I've heard it probably only once in a movie somewhere. So who knows why the blog calls itself 5mileslove, but do you happen to know if the slang or a variation of the slang is used in China?
I've tried searching for any relevant Chinese idiom or quote about 5 miles, but there's none of it. Actually there have been quite many theories about this name. The first one is the 5 miles/km represents the distance that Gu Hai carried BLY in the novel (I don't remember exactly what chapter). The second theory is that 5 miles is the distance between YuZhou's houses (in Shanghai???). Some other fans think that 5 is like the letter 'S', so the name looks like 'SMILE LOVE'. And during Addicted Thai fanmeet in 2016, when ZZ was asked about his ideal type, he said "Your smile your love".

I'm lost.. Can you explain 5mileslove?
5mileslove is currently the biggest YuZhou’s Chinese fansite that usually follow all activities/events of the boys (although they don’t post many photos recently but I’m sure they’re never absent)
As for me, 5mileslove is quite mysterious… like they could go straight to the backstage of many events, stand near the boys to take lots of photos from unique angles and hold big support events for YuZhou.
Especially on 160723 YaYa concert, their flower standing basket was put right inside the backstage while other fansites’ ones were only put at the hall venue. Jingyu even took 3 photos with it and posted on Weibo (HERE)
