I think we need to take a look at Baby's character and how she would interact to explain this.

She's violent, foul mouthed, cocky, totally has fun doing horrible things to people, so basically everything Sanji does not associate with women.
The only time she really acts differently is when she's ordered around or if you haven't done something to make her angry. She's totally polite to that little girl

Back to the point, when you order her around, she does what you say because she likes to help people and wants others to be taken care of. That's all a part of her personality, to a point of I'm starting to expect she was the one who insisted on the maid dress I mean there's literally no other maids we've seen around Doflamingo's castle it's just her.
But the important part to take from my ramblings is that Sanji wouldn't just order her to have sex with him or even order her to do anything really. Sanji's not a role model when it comes to dealing with women but he doesn't just insist a girl should have sex with him. He must woo her.
So why do I like 5anji? I think they could both learn from being with each other. It'd force Sanji to learn not all women need taking care of and aren't precious clean little angels because Baby takes care of her own problems and is foul mouthed, cocky, and violent. In Baby's life, Sanji would go out of his way not to accept her attempts to take care of him, so after a while she'd have to start accepting that she can be taken care of and can be... well...
Babied.
So to sum it all up:

We've both thought about it, but then we realized that we wouldn't be overjoyed to see each other with anyone else. We do have a sort of rotating cast of who we have threeways with though.
It all depends on who's in a relationship and what mood the two of us are in
