i don't have much as far as wips go rn -- i haven't had any ideas/motivation for KHR stuff (the past month was really rough and im having a hard time getting back to normal;;;)

the only specifically gokuale/5990 sketches/wips i have is very VERY out of season, since it was a possible thing for halloween last year I might revisit

TYB 5990: 4 of Swords, The Hanged Man, 10 of Swords

So, the first thing that I see overall about this reading, is about inner struggles. Or the simple refusal of letting things go. Perhaps it's a matter of beliefs, or they're simply conflicted about their next steps. Either so, it's a tortuous path that can be rewarding if proceeding with caution.

The 4 of Swords can be related to Ale and their own battles. We're not talking about fights per se, rather about their existance as a whole. They felt lost, conflicted and afraid of being seen as an outsider, especially in Hayato's eyes. They knew that he wouldn't be rational and even was a bit afraid of the possibility of cutting ties.

The 10 of Swords, however, is how Hayato feels. He tends to carry the world on his shoulders, both by being Tsuna's right-hand, but also feeling that he's responsible for everything around him, not realizing how reckless he can be. Not only that, I see this Arcana as a consequence of his actions. It's okay to carry burdens, everyone has their own. But the weight of said burdens can make you lose yourself in the process. Not only that, aside from his smart mind, he can't realize that not only fights, but words, can hurt people. His turmoils in a way, made him use Ale as his punchbag. Which was NOT what they needed.

And, to finish this first reading, The Hanged Man is the embodiment of their relationship in this timeline. There's conflict, confusion and even anger. Which is something out of their control. Deep inside, there's a yearn for connections, and their anger could be just a mask for what they truly feel. But there's a need of something more. Accepting their feelings and put their differences aside would be the first step, but one of them needs to do it. Pretty much Ale would take action first.

TYL 5990: Justice, 6 of Coins, Strength

Things start to get a little more complex here! However, the fact that not only one, but two Major Arcana showed up in this reading gave me more clarity about it. This section brings a sense of wisdom and understanding, a nice contrast to the mutual beef from the past, heh.

The Justice shows as a matter of understanding. Both got pretty mature minds at this point. Of course, never losing themselves, but now, there's no need to act on impulsivity, since both have duties to follow. It is said that time can heal all wounds, but that's not exactly the case. Time indeed, helped them. Ale has a very notable sense of maturity, and the same can be said about Hayato. However, it's not hard to trigger them when things get a bit out of control. Both won't think twice to act by their feelings instead of their actions. Who can sometimes work, or maybe bring drastic consequences. Either way, their bond still stays strong. Welp, Ale took a bullet for Hayato, that speaks volumes!

Second of all, the Strength shows how their love is resilient. Perhaps a reward for everything they had to deal with in the past. As a married couple now, it shows that aside from the messy world they're involved in, they're still standing against everyone and everything in their way. One would sacrifice themself for the other, and that works both ways. You might be asking: What about their duties? Ale is the Novana Decimo, while Hayato is the Vongola Decimo's right-hand. That sounds insane, right? And the answer is yes! You can't control what's in your heart. Love is ungrateful, and you don't choose whose your heart will belong to.
