I am heading to bed. I've been up for a while meditating. Yes, it is my 53rd birthday, I want to say thank you for all the messages which will pop today. However, I won't be on much today, this will be the 1st birthday and Christmas without hearing my mother's voice. Had to take that in for a moment. 2020 has been a tough year for all of us, and losing my mother back in June didn't make it any easier for me.😒 To honor her I going to continue to build my counseling practice and push myself to write more, and keep helping as many as I can because there are many more hurting worse than me😇.
