#5324 BreWskey Project #015: Pastry (Canada) Wrapping up at BreWskey with this 10% pastry stout with hazelnuts, chocolate and waffles. It pours jet black with a foamy espresso head, the nose is all chocolate, the body is creamy af with an immediate burst of coconut (even though there’s no coconut), the hazelnuts come through strongly with a slight chocolate bitterness, it’s sweet yet balanced, the waffles give it that pastry vibe, it’s just fucking fantastic, all ending in a dusty, clean, chocolatey finish.
