kurogane is stupidly effortlessly hot. i mean like, obviously, but... he does literally nothing but hygiene stuff, never touches his hair except to comb it, has bushy eyebrows that it has never occurred to him to groom, will wear whatever clothes are comfortable and available and he’s still like... a model. souma has never understood how this is possible. she has seen him covered in mud and gore and he’s still hot and she’s a lesbian, so that’s saying something. he continues to be stupid hot even as he ages; he continues to put in 0% effort and continues to look incredible, goes right from hot young thing to silver fox with nary a gap or a day where he didn’t look Good
his one vice? he’ll chew on his fingernails when he’s not thinking. he used to do it when he was a kid and he was nervous. he’s mostly broken himself of the habit, but he’ll still catch himself doing it
