Dr. Strangelove is my favorite Kubrick film, followed closely by 2001: A Space Odyssey. I think Dr Strangelove is very nearly a perfect film. It has everything - from brilliant performances, a raucous and smart script, pioneering cinematography and thought-provoking social and political commentary. It’s also wildly entertaining, no matter how many times I watch it.

The name “Batfan557″ will always be special to me, as it brings together two of my favorite things: Batman and music. ‘557′ is a reference to the time signature of a section of a song my band wrote. I’m as much a Batman-fan as ever, but I’ve been wanting to change my URL for awhile to match my Twitter name. So here it is!
