I mean yeah no that scene wasn't a concern for me at all, I felt the same way, actually. I saw a lot of myself in that cute sheriff. It was more little comments from earlier in the episode for me, as well as simply waiting for someone to say something that sounds familiar in a bad way.

Audio books are great for me because I have the same problem with my neck. I pinched a nerve that’s just never gotten better and I try to read as much as possible but it’s tough. Maybe try audio books :) ?They’re good for car rides!
