#4848 Brasserie de Blaugies x Hill Farmstead La Vermontoise (Belgium) My dude JF told me about this beer and the fact that it was available in the SAQ. That’s right, a Hill Farmstead beer (a collab but still) available for around $12 here in Montreal. Mind blowing. So it’s in a cork and cage 750ml bottle, and it’s a 6% farmhouse ale brewed in Belgium, super sharp carb, hella phenols, mild bitterness, opaque, tangy, clean with a crisp, dusty finish.
