Mason on serious indecency charge A 47-year-old man from St Philip was granted $5 000 bail on a charge involving a minor. The man who is a mason by trade is accused of committing an act of serious indecency on an eight-year-old child on July 21. He was not required to plead to the indictable charge before Magistrate Elwood Watts today. He was granted bail with one surety on the condition that he stays away from the children and her parents.
