Domperidone Trial: Week 59

Dose: 40 mg
Goal: āLā cup
Today was a good day, I made a lot of progress with lactation and I couldnāt be happier. Iām eating a good serving of oatmeal topped with some almonds every other day and there is a definite change. I have also cut out drinking coffee, I use to drink about a cup everyday, but now itās about once every other week. Iām surprised I donāt miss coffee as much. I actually replaced it with a herbal black tea, and I feel even better :)Ā
Besides eating a bit healthier, I also like to include some exercises that also help strengthen the my chest muscles. If Iām planning to carry all of the weight that is in anĀ āLā cup, I gotta make sure my muscles can handle it lol. Overall, Iām just happy that Iām making progress and now Iām just 3 cups away, from reaching my goal.Ā
