And a fan . No air conditioning . I bring it up to the manager and he says . "The Air is Cooler because we condition it. No Refunds." . And walked off about his day 😂 . On the way out he politely suggested that I go cool off in a Cenote 😂😂 . I usually do this on Sunday Nights or very early Monday mornings . 2️⃣ Delegate tasks to your team members -- stop being a ball hog and let your staff do thier job. A simple email, checklist on project management tool or even taking a picture of your todo list will do. . 3️⃣ Check-in with your team - empower your team members by asking them what thier game plan is. Ask them what kind of challenges they expect to run into & how they will handle that. . 🔑 On Mondays, instead of being hectic, you will be checking in with different team member(s) and they will report the status of your on-goings to you. . This is how an Entrepreneur & Business owner should operate. . You are no value to your business if you are working inside of it. . Your job is to grow the business & make decisions. .
