May 4, 2019 - Day 319
While I’m very happy with my new Starfleet insignia necklace, I didn’t love the chain. Until I get a new one, I’ve been borrowing one from another of my necklaces.
800mg of Ibuprofen is finally kicking in after 2+ hours. I think there's a direct link between my pain tolerance and anxiety management. Twice this week I've been in so much pain I felt it necessary to take Ibuprofen and both times I felt on the verge of a panic attack. But once the pain leaves, I'm okay again.
It's not totally fine, but it's tolerable. More of a nagging sensation that I can ignore a but rather than a constant, steady ache.

More talks with Trevor today. Our conversations have been good for my brain. He spent a good 20 minutes telling me about his day spent in the forest in Arkansas. We discussed the people we've met since parting ways, how we miss each other. He asked me why I get quiet when he talks about a certain girl and if I'd rather not hear about her. I told him my most recent thoughts on why I'm a little jealous. Made sure to let him know that I want him to take to me about whatever he wants to. It was good to express myself, and I appreciate that he was the one to bring it up. He talked about her a little more and it didn't feel as... challenging to hear.
Three more weeks. He wants me to stay all riled up for him, but I made plans with a guy I'm interested in for Sunday, which he knows about. New guy has expressed interest in me too but Sunday's plan is to suposedly make stuff out of wood and resin in his shop, which is totally cool too.
