sorry for not posting for like an eon haha i am currently in the trenches because of my senior semester projects 💀 Here’s one of them! It’s a 3D isometric model made in Blender :)

Crowned Sun pre-alpha for the 3D isometric MMORPG game for Linux, Mac, and Windows is expanding its world with new content. Linux, Mac, and Windows. The game moves beyond solo play with new online tools. Trade, guilds, pets, and more now shape the world.

The Crowned Sun world grows together in the pre-alpha

The latest update turns the 3D isometric MMORPG into a more shared space. Players can now trade items and Zin with other players. The trade system uses drag and drop controls. It also has a lock-in step before deals are done. Friends and chat tools got a big change too. Players get whisper windows and better friend controls. The party system now feels much clearer. A new HUD shows health, mana, class icons, and bonus XP. Guilds also arrive in this update. Players can make guilds and add custom 32×32 emblems. Those marks appear above members. They also fly on castle flags.

A player run market

The new Crowned Sun market tools give players more ways to trade in the pre-alpha. Vending shops let players sell items from their bags. Autotrade lets shops stay open while players are away. Buying stores let players ask for needed items. The auction house adds buyouts, fees, and search tools. It gives the world a more active economy.

Pets and mounts arrive

Crowned Sun adds 37 full 3D pets. The list includes dogs, cats, monkeys, foxes, and rabbits. Each pet has new walk and run moves. They also fit the game's cel shaded style. Pets can speak when fed or petted. They can also perform tricks with heart effects. Three mounts are ready too. Players can ride Ogongo, Dark Ogongo, and Imado.

Combat gets more depth

The stats window now shows a radar chart. It also tracks combat stats in real time. The Orisha blessing draft adds a new level choice. Players draw three blessings and pick one. Death now drops essence at the fall spot. Players can track it with maps and markers. Gear grades are also being tested behind a feature flag. More combat polish has arrived. The Crowned Sun pre-alpha update adds new damage effects and death effects. A max level aura now marks top level players.

A better world to explore

New areas include the Ifadun guild field and a new castle. Ayaokun interiors also got fresh paths. The world map now guides travel with ground arrows. Players can zoom, drag, and clear routes. Linux players should watch this Beyond the pre-alpha for Crowned Sun, the title is planned for Linux, Mac, and Windows. Steam Early Access is planned for 2027. Native support is confirmed as a target. Steam Deck support and Proton support are not confirmed yet. The team has not shared tests or frame results. That means players should wait for more details. Sound and UI also got a major pass. The update adds over 70 new sound effects. Maps now have their own sounds and music. The UI has new fonts and smoother window moves.
