i haven't done one of these before but i'm going to partake in @studywiththevampire's June Days of Productivity.
My semester just ended and I'm off uni for the next two months. I'm going to spend the next 30 days getting back into my hobbies, taking care of myself and my burnout, getting back into healthier routines.
My Goals for June:
- Get back into journaling. Find a journaling ecosystem that works for me and is sustainable. (I fell out of this habit with academics + work + life) - Read books I enjoy. I'd like to finish at least two books this month. - Finish an art piece. - Finish a quilt. - Work in the garden + clear our the dining room table of nursery plants. - Write the first chapter of my book. - Spend a day lying around with no expectations. - Do something that's self-care for me. like a massage or idk something spa ish like? - Spend a day chilling outside lounged in the hammock. Reading, doodling, etc. Just relaxing. - Set up my fish tank now that I've moved and gotten settled. - Get a gym membership + workout 3x a week. - Clean up and organize my office so it's more functional for hobbies. - Get the physical from my PCP I've been rescheduling for months. - See an ENT. - Get set up with Sleep Study doc. - Make appt for Ortho. Spine. - Go to the Dentist.
