Ah okay, I was still lost in that Malec scene and wasn’t paying close enough attention.
Hmmm...so judging from his legitimate sadness in the scene with Magnus, we can assume this is something he feels compelled to do, but isn’t happy about doing.
Why does he feel it’s necessary? I’ll be really disappointed if it’s just because he wants to be a daylighter himself.
Could it be he was telling Magnus the truth? Is there a problem with Rosa?
@roseglass and I had two theories in our Facetime chat:
1) Because Rosa is declining, he can’t see her except during certain hours, all of which happen during the day. He is afraid he won’t be able to see her again before she passes.
2) He wants to turn Rosa but doesn’t want to deprive her of daylight?
