#300ci

I’m not sure just how I feel about this one. It is an F600 C.O.E. with the original 300ci straight 6.  But they have replaced the bed with a much more modern bed.  What do you think, yay or nay?

My father-in-law picked up another Ford pickup, this one '94 F150 in "Job Corp Green". It has the 300 straight 6 in it, which is nice.

I think that this 1969 F-100 looks pretty nifty in orange.  One interesting fact about this pickup is that it came with a 360ci V8, but that was pulled and the 300ci straight 6 that you see in the bottom picture was installed. Kinda’ backwards from how it usually goes.

This is Oliver, a nice enough 1968 Ford F-100.  I dig the poverty caps and the factory green paint is nice enough.  But I think that the real star of this show is the rebuilt 300ci inline 6.  Top notch!

This ‘79 4x4 is a good looking beast.  You can’t go wrong with yellow, and that 300ci straight 6 is strong enough to keep you going!

While we’re talking about the E-series Falcon vans, take a look at this beautiful example.  This is a ‘67 Econoline, and instead of one of the little Falcon 170ci or 200ci motors, they have installed one of the 300ci inline 6 truck motors!  Talk about torque!

What does dad do when the ole 300 Straight six isn't quiet cutting it in the work truck? Swap it for a 460 of course!
