Septorhinoplasty 2.5 weeks post op update. I have a straight little nose, I'm so happy😊 still a tiny bit of bruising and still some pain and headaches but everyday is improvement. 🙏💖

When leg lifts are all the leg workout you can do because of knee surgery, you do leg lifts! I balanced it out with doing the same number of reps on my good leg too.

a couple days over 2 weeks post-op I felt great a few days ago but I mustv gotten too excited because I spent a whole 2 days outside my house and I am now a sniffly hot mess :( No idea if its connected with recovering or dehydration(my guess) but I got a cold that wont quit. I keep wanting to take off my compression binder because I literally stop breathing in it sometimes, especially when I cant breath through my nose. help 🤧🤒
