“Trainee Kang Intak,” A stern manager entered the basement practice room that was filled with many different trainees, practicing for the monthly evaluation. Said boy quietly raised his hand, “Please report to the 7th floor”

Soft gasps echoed around the room, why? Well, the CEO’s office was on the seventh floor and most trainees were sent there if they were being let go, it would be a shock if Kang InTak was let go. He was undoubtedly one of YG most well know trainees.

With a quiet huff, the 19-Year-old raised from his stretching position and left the room, not glancing behind him. As cocky as it may sound, he has no reason to be nervous, if they wanted to let him go surely they would have done it by now! He and the CEO had a good relationship, which many would say was favoritism, but InTak generally respects the man.

InTak pushed down the bundle of nerves that tempted to rise into his stomach, hesitating for a moment before knocking on the door softly, “Come in!”

With a soft grunt — he was quite skinny — he pushed the heavy door open. He immediately bowed, showing respect. “Stand up.” The CEO chuckling voice called him and he did just that.

Four girls sat in front of his desk, 2 had their hair up in ponytails, 1 with long hair and another that was noticeably younger than the 3 girls. He knew they were also trainees, he never felt the need to pay attention to the female trainees but maybe he should have.

“InTak - ssi,” The CEO placed a hand on his shoulder, pushing him towards the only empty seat beside the youngest girl. InTak hurriedly bowed to the girl, who returned the gesture, “Now that you’re all here, any ideas?”

The one with heavy eyeliner raised her hand, “Debut?” Her voice was strong. The CEO nodded, pointing a finger gun at her, “Ahh, yes, a debut team”

InTak nervously glanced at the four females, they were obviously going to debut together, a girl group perhaps, but why is he here, “Uhh, sorry, but why am I here?”

The CEO let out a laugh, fixing his cap, “You’ll be joining ChaeRin, Sandara, Bom and MinJi in a group,”

— InTak saw red. He wasn’t a naturally angry person, monotone - yes, but angry? No. He stood up quickly, the chair falling behind him with a loud thud. He saw the girls glance at him nervously, hurt evident in their eyes, “W-why are you doing this to me?!” He rushes towards the door, only pausing at the CEOs voice, “We’ll pick you up from the dorm’s this afternoon, InTak!”

He slammed the door behind him

and the worst of all, he didn’t even know why he was so angry.
