DAY ONE: SONAÂ i saw @raphlyramblesâ hosting a tmnt self-insert week and given how iâve been falling down the sewer pipes lately, i couldnât help myself. a quick overview for now since i am working on a full bio. also itâd wonât actually be a day-by-day thing since work is driving me up the wall, but i hope to complete the whole week some time within this century
- Gisel A. Ruiz; uses Giselle as an Americanization. Prefers people call her Gar in casual settings and itâs usually how she introduces herself. - Employee at Royâs Pizza, works night shift at the restaurant's pizza dough station. - Hails from Los Angeles, but moved to NYC with her aunt after high school graduation under her parentâs suggestion. It proved disastrous and it wasnât long after Gar turned eighteen that she packed up and left.  - Is a self-taught artist, having started with a love for comics and cartoons since she was young. These are her passions, but besides that, sheâs directionless with what to do with her life - Sheâs introduced to the world of the Turtles when, on her way home, sheâs caught in a mugging. Fortunately, it happened to be the same night as Turtle Titanâs debut. Mikeyâs public patrol as Turtle Titan had been going less than stellar, so he was elated at Garâs shy, but still sincere gratefulness. Adding in that she offered him the pizza she was carrying with, he immediately fastened a liking for her - Gar doesnât have the smarts April OâNeil does, or at the very least the gung-ho attitude of Casey Jones, but she doesnât seem to be your run of the mill human either. No one has been able to put a finger on what it is, including Gar herself, but the more time she spends with the Hamato clan and Co. the more things seem to be unraveling - She hopes that perhaps, there is more strength in her than she could have imagined...
