i had my appointment with my lady doctor today (finally!) and i got switched back onto my old birth control. which i'm super excited about. i was on it for about 6 months, and it made weight loss SO easy. like it almost just fell off lol. and she told me to start taking it immediately! i was worried i was gonna have to wait 3 weeks until i finished my current birth control pack. when i told her i kept gaining weight on it no matter what i do she was like "oh that totally makes sense, it has this, that, and the other." and she said my new stuff actually has a diuretic in it ( so i won't retain water like i so with the current stuff) so maybe now i'll be able to get my body back to a point where i feel comfortable in it again. i miss that feeling. not that i don't love my current body, but i've gained 30 pounds in a year and a half with this stuff, and i'm just not comfortable at this weight.
