HI! long time no chat :)
Last time I actively drew I still had a working tablet pen. Well, I still have that tablet and that pen, but last 2022 I jerry-rigged it to be somewhat working. And now I want to get back to my silly pixels.
SO! I’m starting a challenge at myself. Posting it online because then I can’t back down (: 3 days a week, I want to post a small picture. Canvas size 128x64 pixels. Color pallet unlimited. Starting theme “Scenery”. Calling it the #2BY1CHALLENGE and will be tagging it as such. Posting will be Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 8PM EST (gives me about 20 hours to have the first one ready and scheduled).
Can I do it? God I hope :( I miss being able to call myself an artist . ..
003 #2BY1CHALLENGE
Missed last week because I was sick the whole week :( Woke up Monday Evening with the Flu (thanks to my loving partner who got it but two days prior and gave it to me), then I just forgot to make one in time for Monday. Thankfully i specifically stated it wouldn't be EVERY single day, otherwise I'd stress myself out from wanting to continue once I missed one day. Boy would that have been bad or what?
Anyways, a sunset! So like, I had no reference image for this, I just chose colors and called it a day. Really should have used a color reference, but in any case I like how it turned out. It feels more natural than the first two at least.
I missed Wednesday, but here's Friday, on time! I. .. Well They're really not as detailed as I'd hope I would get them. Granted I'm used to 32x32 spaces, and this is 8 times bigger than that, but I'd still would like to get them more detailed. Hopefully by the end of February I'll reach that goal ):
