i got to spend an entire day with people from uni because of hearings we were asked to attend and i had so much fun. we kept talking throughout the breaks. i laughed more than i have in weeks.

so. i actually came to the library today. decided that i am going to work and put some effort into getting my degree. i still dont know how to study. but im trying out different things. ive also listened to some very generic meditation/relaxation playlist on repeat for 2 days. and i changed my phone lock screen to a pic of one of my friends with his dog, a picture he sent me on snapchat and i took a screenshot of it, and it’s still the best picture ive seen in years. so now every time i check my phone for anything, i always smile. i am trying to spend less time on my phone though. more time reading books. more time just sitting and thinking. more time meditating. maybe some day soon i wont spend 20 minutes to several hours overthinking everything once ive gone to bed and am actually trying to sleep. recovery’s hard. there’s so many other little things besides that one big thing (RECOVERY). im building myself back up.
