Before meditation i exploit my body, in meditation i take care of my body, i study my body, i understand my body, i let my body express itself however it wants to without forcing or controlling in any way. How can i exploit the one thing that connects me to both earth and heaven.

I feel like lying down lying down on the floor in the pool of my tears with Frank Ocean singing "there will be tears" on the background. I swear this is the perfect song for grief.
