So my senior year in high school I started out at 200lbs. That year I started nutrisystem and I was on the swim team. Towards the end i was able to drop down to about 185lbs. I looked better and felt way better. But then the swim season ended and I had to give up nutrisystem because I couldn't stick to eating the food because I did not like the way it tasted. So, I began to gain everything i lost back and then some. Now that I am off in college I gained more than just the Freshman Fifteen. Now I’m at 250. I’ve decided that enough is enough and I want to change and be better and do better. That is why I created this blog. So that I can support those who are like me and maybe get some support from those who are where I am or have been where I am.
