結局のところ，組織に属するつもりがあるなら，組織のルールに自分が合わせるしかなく，それが嫌なら独立するしかないです．「自分は優秀だから組織が合わせるべきだし，そうしない組織はダメ」なんて傲慢は，組織で生きるつもりならさっさと捨てたほうが良いです．
