A painting by artist Niels Schouten called 24-07. The size is 51 x 41 cm. The technique is acrylic on panel. Sold!
“A wide landscape with a lot of space evokes a strong desire for freedom”
To paint Niels mostly uses a putty knife and a palette knife. Sometimes he adds a few transparent layers of paint, to make the colours deeper.
My paintings can be described as abstract landscapes. I always start with a preconceived plan but go to work intuitively. Action and reaction. There always coincidences happening while you work and it influences the painting. Read more about Niels Schouten in our Meet the artist section: dutch-accent.nl/niels-schouten.

Meu travesseiro ficou encharcado de lágrimas, porém, meu coração buscou por Tua presença, e descansei segura ali, até a manhã seguinte.
Bruna Miguel, cuida de mim, Deus?
Maths
How comforting is it to know that one subject is taught the same way in every country in the world, and provides the same amount of stress for each of the students learning it? My personal opinion is ever-changing about this subject. Some days I can crave a good maths session; most days it’s a drag. Currently, it’s the latter. Somehow I always feel that as soon as I get the hang of a topic that I’m doing something very wrong.
