I have personally use facebook for many years for sharing, events, groups.  It is a useful tool for quickly sharing meaningful events with friends across the world.  The activities, events and opportunities  that are shared through a vast community are widespread.  Many events may be missed if it were not the facebook.  The group facility has been of particular use within my work in the area of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES).  Via Facebook I have contact with large groups of people with a similar interest and through this many resources and upcoming events are shared.  This has been of huge benefit it to me and again it is important to reflect on the professional conduct that is expected of you in work online also.  Confidentiality must  be maintained at all times and interactions must be maintained in a manner you would expect from a health care professional.
The last year has shifted my online interests and Twitter meets my professional needs on a much larger scale. Â Must move with times and relevant online resources
