My Google Academy Mentor, Sandra Chow, presented on "Daring To STRETCH." STRETCH is the ideal part of the Fear Continuum where you try new things, take smaller risks, and have diff experiences. Sandra talked about how as leaders it is important to be vulnerable, self-aware, have courage, and make connections.
