@20785 I totally understand what you are saying and it isn’t ridiculous at all, I’m the same when it comes to those things, I understand that not everyone in my family has the same taste as me, so I don’t understand why they feel like it’s necessary to complain about the songs I like especially because I don’t do it to them, so what you are saying is exactly how I am when that happens to me because i’m sick of having to defend my love for songs by Symphonic Metal bands, Especially Epica because my Mum thinks it’s pretentious and in her words just sounds like noise but I don’t bitch about her listening to Barbra Streisand so I feel relieved to know that there is someone else who deals with this the way I do.
