congratulations, you have survived another day

• love yourself

• appreciate yourself

• don't beg anyone to stay

• don't chase anyone

• never be the one who puts an effort

• if they want you in their life, they'll show it

• never be in a toxic relationship!!

• don't let people disrespect you no matter what the reason is

• stand up for yourself

• you deserve to be happy

• stop comparing yourself to other girls

• you are beautiful in your own way

• you are unique

• you are enough

• you are loved

• you are amazing

• you have a big heart

• leave people who don't appreciate you

• always be kind to everyone

• help people as long as you can

• put yourself first

• always check on people who matter

• make time to meet old friends you haven't met in ages

• do not overthinking lmfaoo use your time to do better things like fangirling over hot guys who don't even know you exist X

• there are people who care about you

• talk about everything to someone, don't keep it all to yourself even tho you know you're the only one who can save yourself but please talk just so you'll feel relieved afterwards

• WORK HARD GIRLLL some people wish to have a job, you have yours so please don't be lazy lol

• spend that money as much as you like hoe

• enjoy your life

• do not listen to sad songs

• do not read deep/sad poems

• take a deep breathe

• drink coffee

• tell your parents you love them

• watch football w ur friends

• watch movies in the cinema

• sleepovers w/ ur besties just so you forget what loneliness feels like

• go out on a Saturday night

• make plans for your holiday

• buy more lipstick

• every day is a new day

• leave what can't be changed

We could all use this advice during the early part of th eyear when New Year Resolutions are quickly forgotten.

Monday I issue the challenges for the week. CHALLENGE 1: Prioritize. Forget what you should do, what is a must for you? Should is what you think you're supposed to do, must is the thing you have to have/do.  Figure it out, write it down, focus on it. CHALLENGE 2: Quit procrastinating, and making up b.s. excuses. Your goal isn't going to accomplish itself. This week don't let anything stand in your way. CHALLENGE 3: I've noticed the most successful people have worked hard for what they have. You have to decide if your goals, and your self are worth the hard work. Are you willing to put in the hours? Make a plan, or revise one that's not working this week. CHALLENGE 4: These challenges only work if you work on them. The support offered here is only worthwhile if you use it. Make the most of the resources available to you. CHALLENGE 5: I emphasize 30 minutes of activity, and 64 ounces of water a day each week. No matter what your goal is these things will help you achieve them. There is a ton of science to back this up, so don't forget these "typical" goals. Get the activity, and water in this week. BONUS CHALLENGE: Reinvigorate yourself. Be your own biggest cheerleader on the path to your goals. You're the person you must be able to count on, you've got this!
