2017-10-29: Back on the Chain Gang Intro

So I had a call, a long time ago, it had to be in the 90s.  Anyway, I get this call.  Y'know, "what're you doing".  Um, something like that. Much cooler than that, though, 'cause she's the ultimate cool person of all time.  And so, um, we went out to lunch.  Had a great lunch, and a great chat.  Amazing, sitting outside, sitting there saying, I'm sitting with this woman, having lunch, in London.  And then her car broke down.  In London. And we, um, are there walking to a gas station.  Petrol station, they say.  And um, it's just the strangest moment of all time, being with this woman, walking in there saying, y'know, "my fucking car is broke down."  This British bloke is just looking at her, because she is who she is.  And um, so, we called a cab.  And, um, went back to my place, and had some tea and on yeah. [?]  And I just wanna say is was one of the most surreal days of my life, and she's awesome and this is for her.

So guys… this is when we play other people's songs.  Just getting a little shout out to Kesha, how great is she.  She's laughin', that's right!  Turning it around, transmuting that energy.  OK.  One of our favorite bands of all time, haven't done this on this tour yet.
