I will try to post everyday about all the progress i make, to look back on it in a year and see what I have done and overcome. 

I was diagnosed with severe depressen and anxiety disorder way back in 2011. My life is in shambles and i am sitting at the very bottom of a well with no place to  climb up. 

But i am sick and tired of being upset about it... I want to change it. and when no one lends me a helping hand I’ll do it on my own. 

I have dreams and I want to pursue them. 

Currently i am living at my parents place, unable to work due to my mental state.

This post Will be here as a reminder where I started. At the very bottom.

 I will work my way up and document everything. Also for people who are in a similar situation, people who see no way out, just like me. Maybe to find a way out of this mess or just to make life more fun and less harmful.
