ようやく公開出来るレベルになったので、ブログもついでに始めてみます。

もともと個人的に使っていた暗室を、多くの人に使ってもらいたいなーという風に考えまして、AMATEUR'S LABOという名前を付けてみました。

とにかく写真が焼ければそれでいいという感じで空間を調達したので、建物は古いですが(笑)設備はそれなりに整っています！

茶化しでもよいので遊びに来てくださーい^^ ※常在してないので連絡必須です！ そしてぜひ暗室を使って欲しいです！

未経験者向けに第1,3,5週の土曜に暗室体験を開催するので、気軽にご参加を。

​とにかくフィルムを使う人を増やしたいと思ってます。 正直、​フィルムで撮ってお店に出すのは手間と時間とお金がかかるだけです。

フィルムを使う上での醍醐味であり、最大の楽しみである暗室作業を気軽に出来る環境を提供したいのです。

興味はあるけどなかなか踏み込めない分野ではあると思いますが、ぜひ遊びの１つと捉えて体験してみましょう！

今までにない写真との付き合いが出来ますよ。

HR systems & analytics manager will design and develop management reports, scorecards and/or dashboards. You will also be responsible for ensuring integrity, quality and effectiveness of HR database and processes, enabling the data consolidation for many of the different systems currently in place, as well as implement the next generation of HR tools needed to support our growing organization.

Key Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience

• Demonstrated technical database knowledge (SAP/Oracle) and recent experience running and optimizing  Expert with data, with the ability to drill down to find trends and make recommendations

• Able to develop and present conclusions on analysis to senior level

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Works effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Proficient with Excel/Access

• Experience Managing or Desire to Manage team

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field and 3 years experience in human resources or related field OR 6 years experience in human resources or related field.
