The film is produced by Reliance Entertainment, which co-produced the original Tamil movie. The theatrical trailer was released with Ready on 3 June 2011. The film released on 22 July 2011, and received solid response worldwide. It went on to strike as a Blockbuster, and became one of the highest grossing movies of 2011.Singham grossed 100 crore (US$19.95 million) at Indian Box-office,after taking entertainment tax into account,thus making it a member of Bollywood's 100 crore (US$19.95 million) club.

Second to last track (and also the name of the album) off of Wilco's most recent album Whole Love, released on September 27th, 2011. Definitely an exciting album, with lots of surprises and different paths to follow. As usual, Jeff Tweedy's lyrics are both passionate and a bit loony; once again writing all the tracks of the album. Though the album is not the most cohesive, each track brings something extremely important and interesting to the work as a whole. While some evoke the abrasive yet exciting electronic feel (for example, the title track "The Art of Almost") others incorporate the familiar folk sounds reminiscent of the Carter Family (the track "Standing"). All together, I am truly digging this album and all it has to offer. While I will always hold Wilco's collaboration with Billy Bragg (Mermaid Avenue and Mermaid Avenue Volume II; a full cabinet of Woody Guthrie melodies), Wilco's best (both for the genius and warmth of the compositions and the significant memories I associate with the album), The Whole Love brings a new and fresh dynamic to the Wilco sound, and it's fresher than ever.
