But uh everyone in this episode desperately needs a hug 💔 seriously, hugs for everyone!
it’s a very heavy episode but it was so good. The way they treated this topic, bringing attention to the stigma that’s always existed around not just mental health in general but mental health in men and mental health in careers like this.
Showing every single member of 20-David be vulnerable was just 💔😭❤️🩹 brought so much weight to this ep and what it wanted to say.
Ps. This man breaks down crying 3 secs after this frame and I just wanna hug him and never let go 😭
