“They’ve been out for days. I told you maybe closing rifts should be limited; that mark is putting a strain on their body.” Varric sighed watching the inquisitor rest. He hadn’t left their side since they returned from the Hissing Waters a few days ago. He had warned them to not attempt to tackle every rift they could find, but they wanted to get it out of the way and collapsed as they sealed the last one. 

Varric looked to Dorian who was propped against the wall on the other side of the Inquisitor’s bed. The mage shared the same concern, who didn’t?

 “I’m sure they’ll wake up. We’ve been doing all we can for them, but now it’s just a waiting game.” Dorian said while brushing hair from the Inquisitor’s face.
