With an exaggerated eyeroll and a chuckle to himself, the duplicator goes up to Bart without a word, takes ahold of his face with both hands on either side of it, and leans down to press his lips firmly against the speedster's. Just a small moment with the want to deepen it, but he pulls away after a few seconds, albeit reluctantly, now looking at Bart with a bit of smugness decorating his face.

Oh. Oh no. Bart's civilian persona is *adorable.* Potentially too adorable for Tim to handle so it's a good thing he has Robin to fall back on. Practiced ease and nonchalance with plenty of very real mischief and menace when it's needed. Focus, Tim, you've got an impromptu job to do, you can't just stand there obsessing over how cute your boyfriend is.

Oh wait. Yeah he's gotta actually focus because Bart lost the ring with his suit in it.

"My college class has a field trip nearby today, total coincidence, I swear. They think I'm taking a sensory break in a quiet room right now." Tim informed him.

He'd genuinely had no idea that Bart and his friends would be here today though he had been planning to surprise Bart after the trip since he would be in the city for a couple of days. Duty called though. He'd been wondering why he hadn't seen any speedster jump in on this; because Bart was stuck in his civvies.

Wally let out a chuckle as the kid wrapped his arms around the hero, returning the embrace and even ruffling up Bart's hair a bit. The kid was growing fast-- but that good ol speedster metabolism seemed to keep him short. Burden of being born with super-speed, he supposed.

He hadn't tried to pry too much into the future-- allowing Bart to share whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. As someone who'd spent too much time in the closet himself-- he was genuinely excited to see a future where queerness was as common as eyeglasses-- and just as innocuous. No more persecution. No more hate.

Some kinda-- Star Trek future-- one of tolerance and understanding.
