Ohhh..honestly it's sitting in my ask box cuz I had no idea how to answer it but-

It's sad how she's out of the 1D phase but really it's been a long time since the boys went on hiatus... sometimes even I forget the minute details about them (Ik WHAT A SIN?! )- it's just sorta natural for people to grow out of their liking's after a certain time ig, like even I'm not that invested into their individual career like I was back in those days- I really really paid attention to the boys in 2020 only because of the lockdown, don't get me wrong but they ARE FABULOUS and if they come back I would be there but rn it's not really much to talk about since they did absolutely nothing for the 11 years of 1D- even I don't keep tabs with all of their happenings... it's mostly Louis and Niall for me!

So although it's sad that your friend grew out of the 1D phase, I'm sure she had her quite reasons!

15) Which one of the boys would you changes styles with? OOH i’d say Harry even though I am allergic to pants/trousers bc there’s something about the clothes he wears that hit that “i am an unknowable entity, you may experience my vibes and nothing more” energy that I, too, strive for. 

40) Which 1D or solo song keeps you up at night? Hmmm probably ESNY or Too Much to Ask for solo songs (maybe also Don’t Let it Break Your Heart and Good Years...Liam I’m sorry but your songs don’t stir my mind, they just make me wanna shake it). 

77) Has being part of the fandom made any major impact on you? Has it shaped your life a lot? YES! I started writing in the Sherlock fandom, but I was so anxious about it and really never felt my stuff was good enough. Plus I never really got a foothold with other active writers, really? I knew the BNFs and was friends with their friends, but I didn’t feel like I had a place. That changed for me in this fandom.I commented on fics from popular writers and followed them/reblogged/engaged with their stuff and they actually followed me back. And they were open to chatting and stuff, and were encouraging and welcoming and friendly to me as a new fan. 

I didn’t ever think I would get to a place of feeling confident in my writing, but I really have. It’s not easy every time and I’m not ALWAYS sure that it’s good, but I’m actually telling stories I care about and I feel like I’ve found people who like what I write and who are happy to be an engaged and supportive audience. 

There’s no way I would’ve done this on my own, and I’m grateful every day to get to write fic in this fandom, for better or worse. 

Who of the boys makes you stress the most?

Louis - just thinking the 28th is right there makes me slightly nervous. We never know what's going on, and suddenly he just pops in and it's chaos. I love him 🥺

Which 1D or solo album has the best dance music? 

These have to be separate - 1D and solo... So

1D: I think acrual dance music as a genre was only on UAN? But, as best songs to dance to, I'd say I like dancing more to TMH 😅 It's just the perfect amount of silly and energetic.

Solo: Liam just has the perfect songs to dance to, I think.

If you could describe your 1D experience only in 3 words, what would those words be?

Chaotic circus vibes. 🤡

@peterparkerdd, @tepyss (regardless of if she likes 1d or not im dragging her along) and whoever runs the sirius xm hits 1 twitter account. i personally dont find any irls good enough to attend a 1d concert with me and thats the truth

18. What do you love about this fandom?

I actually love a lot of things about this fandom. I love that the Larrie part of the fandom is inspired by a queer love story. I love the creativity. I love that when I talk about it to other people I regularly say that this part of the fandom exists at the intersection of feminist theory, queer theory, and critical media studies. I love the people it’s brought in to my life whether or not they’ve stayed. I love that we love a puzzle be it Bears or a fictional island.

19. What do you hate about this fandom?

I hate that the fandom rarely allows people to make mistakes and learn. I’m not a fan of cancel culture and I think we have it in spades around here. I’m also not a fan of people actually being mean to one another.

28. Ideal reunion tour – setlist (list 15 songs from any album, solo or 1D)

I spent WAY too much time on this, but I promise this is the best concert you’ve ever been to.

Picture it: There is a curtain, the opening chords of Stockholm Syndrome start and Harry’s voice sings the first verse until “being held by you” when the others join him. On the first “OH!”, the curtain drops and our idiots all run out. Chaos ensues.
