Once, I was a dude from a small town. I had a warehouseman job I hated in a local supermarket, I liked big cars, girls with too much make up, having some beers every Saturday night. And I could have lived like this forever. I guess I was happy then. I don’t even remember why I wanted to leave that badly. Maybe because I was “that strange guy with the tattoo” every town had in the mid 90s? Perhaps because I wanted more from life? Surely because I thought it’d be easy to come back. But I never did. Went to uni, got good grades, somehow managed to end what I started, but even now, I still wonder if I made the right choice. I suppose life was easier when I expected nothing more than what I already had.

I got a call earlier saying my work hours were cut for tomorrow and thursday. They didn't tell me what was cut and no one called me back. I have no idea if I'm going to work at 9am. Dammit.
