1964 Corvette dash. This car is still owned and driven by the original owner! At some point in the 1970’s the tach died and they swapped one in with a lower red line. A mid-seventies time-warp. The owner of this Corvette purchased it new in 1964, then proceeded to drive it over 300,000 miles. In the 1970’s he modified it with a super-charger and had a custom paint job done, earning it a spot in Car Craft magazine. He then added a pair of Mikuni carbs that prevent him from running a hood on the car. “I just want to go fast” is what he said when asked about it.
