1984 ad for Australian movie BMX Bandits (PG). Released as Short Wave in the USA. Don't know why as the BMX craze did begin in the US in the 70's. I've never seen this and it's probably best known now for being the movie debut of Nicole Kidman.
BMX just stands for bicycle motorcross and, as far as I can tell, wasn't a make or model as such. If you had one in the UK in the 80's the chances are it was a Raleigh Burner.
The Wizard No. 236, dated 17 August 1974. Dinghy Attack! cover by Jeff Bevan. The 'Rising Sun' naval ensign is still used by Japan's Maritime Self-Defence Force as their ensign. As shown above it has the sun, left of centre, and 16 rays coming out of it. These days it is a brighter shade of red than that used up to the end of the Second World War. DC Thomson.

Once upon time.
Woke up at like 11 and meg didn't sleep so found her downstairs after watching about ten episodes of revenge hehe. Same and Sarah made food and went down the the hammock to read and ended up talking for a while before coming back. Drove to the mall again hehe and got some undies and socks from hot topic lol rip and some hand cream for Fiona my fave hehe. got an ice tea before Meg went to get sports bras and headed home. Had vege meatballs for dinner which was v good and then went to Rachael's for a sleepover. her mum ended up finding out we were there and flipped so left a few hours later :/ and then walked to a petrol station to get some food before home and sleep
