17064 Dear 17053 You may not realise it, but your confession was rather insensitive! Just because you have given birth to a child doesn’t mean you have to keep it no matter what. Some people cannot take care of their children for whatever reason, and therefore give them up for adoption so they can have a better life. It is not up to you to judge another person’s life, especially what I’m sure was a very difficult situation for her birth mother. Instead, why not praise Debbie Harry’s adoptive mother for raising such an amazing woman? There is more to motherhood than just giving birth!
